This is to help us get enough money to have our own booth at anime cons on both the West and East coasts starting next year,
and to help cover the costs of any IY Guide merchaindise we may have for sell at the cons.
Inuyasha - Half-Human, Half-Demon, Inuyasha desires the
Shikon jewel for his own questionable purposes. Too bad Kagome can
control him with magic.
Kagome - Kagome is a modern-day 15-year-old girl who lives
with her family by the old Higure shrine. She is also the unknowing
possesor of a magical jewel.
Shippo - Shippo is a young Fox-demon with shape-shifting abilities. He likes Inuyasha and is fiercely loyal to
Kagome.
Sango - Sango the demon hunter lost her whole village to Naraku's forces. Her preferred weapon is a giant boomerang.
Sesshomaru - Sesshomaru is Inuyasha's older, pure-demon brother. He seeks the magic sword that his father gave
to Inuyasha.
Miroku - A Buddhist monk, who due to a curse from Naraku,
has an air void (it's like a black hole)in his right hand. He is also
quite the pervert.
Naraku - Naraku is the Evil guy of the series. His name
translates to "hell" afterall. He was born through the wild thief
Onigumo's desire for Kikyou, which called dozens of youkai in to devour
him. He has the ablilty to change his form into anything he wants,
which he did to trick Inuyasha and Kikyou into hating each other. He
has used Inuyasha's brother Sesshoumaru to try and get rid of Inuyasha,
but to no avail. He also has an 'army' of bug-type creatures called
'saimyousho'. Naraku is also a half demon like Inuyasha, but born in a
different way. Naraku can choose the time of month to return to his
'original' form. He uses this time to re-arrange his body into a
stronger and more powerful form. Naraku also gains the ablilty to make
offspring later. Only two of them (Kagura and Kanna) have lasted more
than one fight though.
Koga - Kouga is the son of a leader of the wolf youkai
tribe. He has 2 Shikon shards in his legs (one in each) which gives him
'super speed'. Kouga refers to Inuyasha as 'Dog-turd' (inukkoro)
because he says he doesn't like the smell of dog youkai. He first comes
into the story by attacking the village from which Rin was from (and
hated -_-;). He also says that he is in love with Kagome which makes
Inuyasha quite annoyed. Kouga wants Naraku dead because he created
Kagura who killed alot of his friends from his tribe.

It was announced on the
official Adult Swim message boards that new episodes of Inuyasha will
be airing in June. In addition to new episodes, the first Movie will
air on May 12 at Midnight. The second movie will air sometime in
August.
They also announced the airings of s.CRY.ed (begins May 28th),
Paranoia Agent (Begins May 28th), Samurai Champloo (Begins May 14th(,
Escaflowne: The Movie (Airs in July), Cowboy Bebop: The Movie (Airs in
August), Ghost in the Shell: 2nd Gig (Begins in September).
